Meeting of Open Minds
Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST
Today’s society is highly polarized and the opportunities to listen and share opinions with others of a different perspective are very limited. We often listen to the choirs of our own echos or scream from a distance at our televisions or computers. This 8-week class is designed to allow members to participate in a facilitated open dialogue, not a monologue, of others' views. The objective is to discuss current political, economic, social, and cultural issues with an open mind, not judgement. Opinions, yours and others are not right, they are just opinions.
