Happier Hips
Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST
Happier hips may be discovered in the gentle movements during these lessons in the Feldenkrais Method of Movement Education(r). Each week a different lesson explores the hips in relation to other joints. No memorizing is necessary. Each lesson stands alone-attend one or all. Lessons are done down on the floor so bring a mat that allows limbs to slide - a moving mat or small quilt can be good. For more on the Feldenkrais Method-https://feldenkrais.com. To participate, you must have the ability to get down on and up from floor. This is a 6-week class.

Ann Guhman
Looking for help with arm and hand problems, Ann Guhman explored several methods of exercise and movement training. She found the Feldenkrais approach so helpful and interesting that she took a 4-year training course to become a practitioner. The work includes both one on one sessions and group lessons. Ann enjoys teaching the group lessons because students can carry on, on their own. Ann has a BS Botany; BS Geology; Masters Hydrogeology; and is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
