Functional Longevity: aging strong, inside and out

Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST

This series explores how to age with energy, clarity, and vitality through the lens of functional medicine. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to strengthen the body’s key systems, from metabolism and muscle to cognition and cellular repair, while addressing the root causes of decline associated with aging. Each session blends education with practical tools for optimizing nutrition, movement, stress resilience, and lifestyle design. Guided by a functional medicine framework, topics include nutritional foundations for longevity, building and maintaining strength, supporting the gut-brain connection, hormone and mitochondrial health, detoxification and inflammation balance, and the role of mindset and community in healthy aging.

This 6-week course is designed
for adults seeking proactive, whole-person approaches to aging well, this series provides a roadmap to living longer, stronger, and more vibrantly-inside and out.
