From Milton Berle to HBO: The Evolution of Television

Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST

Who can forget those classic shows from TV's early years? Shows like Gunsmoke, I Love Lucy, and Dick Van Dyke. But wait, there's more! Television also brought major news events, like the presidential debates and the moon landing, right into our living rooms. This 5-week, multi-media course will explore the rich and dynamic history of television. Through the use of video clips, we will learn about the people and programs that built this influential medium.

NO CLASS on Jan. 27 (Utah Tech Make-Up Day)
