From Age-ing to Sage-ing: A Profound New Vision of Growing Older

Contrary to conventional thinking, ageing is a sign of great success, a result of strength and survivorship. This class will provide practical tools to grow older with wisdom, maturity, and understanding, allowing us to grow older with renewed purpose and inner peace.

Susan Ann Stauffer
Susan Ann Stauffer has a PHD in Gerontological Social Work. She is a Certified Sage-ing Leader, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, who has worked as a Trauma Therapist, Hospice Social Worker, Long-Term Care Facility, Social Services Director, and a Director of Marketing in a Specially Alzheimer Center. Susan Ann loves teaching and being able to gather with the ICL Community in lifelong learning.
