Food History- The Immigrant Effect
Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST
No pizza, no donuts, no potato salad and (gasp!) no chocolate. Without the immigrants who came to the United States over the past 200 years, the American plate would look a lot different. Each of the five classes will examine the culinary contributions of different countries to our cuisine. The course includes a game with prizes and an edible treat.
NO CLASS on Feb. 16 (Presidents Day)
