Discovering Inner Peace

Class: Repeats in Spring | Registration opens Monday, January 5, 2026 9:30 AM MST

Discovering Inner Peace is a media-based educational program, created by The Prem Rawat Foundation. The purpose is to help participants to explore the possibility of personal peace and to discover inner resources -- tools for living as inner strength, choice, appreciation and hope. The program consists of 10 hours of workshop material on a selection of core themes. Each includes several video segments, times for reflection and accompanying reading material. The program is about individual self-discovery - something that is unique for each person. Cynthia Holman-Schmidt and Pat Sapio will help to co-facilitate this class. The first class is Jan. 15th.

NO CLASS on March 12 (Spring Break)
