Join us for a flavor-packed cooking class that proves eating heart-healthy doesn’t mean eating boring. We’ll whip up a Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta that’s velvety without the guilt, and an Italian Chopped Salad with a zesty Red Wine Vinaigrette that hits all the crunchy, fresh notes. Learn simple techniques to boost flavor while keeping things light, vibrant, and great for your heart.
