Get ready to feast, laugh, and learn in this hands-on Thanksgiving-themed cooking class! We’ll roll up our sleeves and prepare seven irresistible side dishes that will steal the show at any holiday table. I’ll demo how to spatchcock a turkey for faster, juicier roasting (Indian Masala Turkey), show you the secrets to perfect gravy from scratch using pan drippings, and teach you how to make hasselback potatoes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

After cooking, we’ll come together for a cozy Friendsgiving meal, sharing our creations and plenty of gratitude. Whether you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year or just want to elevate your holiday cooking skills, this class will leave you inspired, confident, and ready to impress!

On the Menu: 8 sides we’ll make together:

  • Perfect Gravy from the Turkey Drippings
