Unique Biodiversity of Washington County

Class: Repeats in Spring | Available (Membership Required)

This 6-week course will address the importance of biodiversity globally but will also focus on the unique biodiversity of Washington County, where there are over 100 species of plants and animals that are found nowhere else in the state. This extraordinary biodiversity is the result of several factors working together. (Six lectures and optional field trips - light walks.)
