Mindfulness: An Introduction #2

Introduction to mindfulness is a 6-week course designed to give everyone the opportunity to begin or deepen their meditation practice. We will investigate five different mindfulness meditations and practice in the class and between classes. A practitioner will be able to select one or more mindfulness practices that best suit their needs and desires. We will practice in each class, receive instruction, and share experiences together.
This is the same class as Mindfulness: An Introduction #1... it's just a second option to allow more people to take the class. So, please do not sign up for both or you will be dropped from one of them.

Kirk Benson
Kirk Benson is a qualified mindfulness-based stress reduction instructor trained at Brown University. He is a current participant in a mindfulness meditation teacher certification program developed by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
