Supercharge your health, lose weight and feel great! The secret to vibrant health is the consumption of vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds. These plant foods have the greatest potential to strengthen your immune system, decrease risk of disease and even reverse disease if you have it. They can also help you achieve and maintain your ideal weight! Eating more is the key and April's message in her cooking classes. She will demonstrate delicious ways to incorporate these foods into your diet and explain the healing power in them and why they are so critical to your over-all health and well-being. Knowledge is power!
Class includes a cooking demonstration, samples, recipes and other nutrition hand-outs, and a wealth of nutrition information that can add health to your life!

April Ashcroft
April has been preparing plant-based meals for her and her family since 1991 and has been teaching cooking classes since 2004. She is a bit of a nutrition nut and loves to learn the science about the benefits of plant-based nutrition in decreasing risk of disease and even reversing disease. Most of all, she loves to share that knowledge with others and help them transform their lives to greater health with delicious food. She is the author of two cookbooks, Whole Food Goodness and Whole Food American Favorites.
