Cindy Fleming has a Masters Degree in business with an emphasis on leadership. She was an adjunct professor at Bradley University where she taught "Managing in Organizations" and "Team Dynamics". She is a certified business coach and is also certified in Emotional Intelligence. She is the owner of VisionShift, which is a consulting firm specializing in helping organizations build stronger teams and developing leaders to their fullest potential.
