Controversies & Conventions of Men's Health

This course is intended to be co-ed and will cover many of the health issues of concern to men and their partners. We will begin with the well-established (conventional) principles of men’s health, including male anatomy, physiology, established pathology and standard cures and practices. In addition, we will also touch on hot-button (controversial) topics such as the prostate cancer screening (the PSA blood test), testosterone supplements and replacements, and erectile dysfunction. During this ten-week course, we will cover the entire genito-urinary system and discuss selected diseases, dysfunction and treatments associated with each organ.

Warren Stucki
Warren Stucki, MD, graduated from the U of U Medical School, interned at U of Iowa Hospitals, completed his residency at Texas A&M affiliated hospitals and is Board Certified. After introducing urology to the St. George community, he founded the medical firm, Urology Associates, and practiced urology in St. George for 38 years. During that interim, at Dixie Regional Hospital, Dr. Stucki served as Chief of Surgery, Chief of Staff, and on the hospital Governing Board. He also teaches a men's health class for ICL. An author with 10 published novels, he also teaches a creative writing class.
