Wholistic Wealth for Women
Class - Spring Only | Registration opens Friday, January 3, 2025 9:30 AM MST
Science has indicated that mindfulness strategies (self-regulation) can be useful to help manage money and life decisions. This course will introduce women to a unique use of business and psychological principles applied to simple spreadsheet methods to calculate net worth, recognize the value in investing in themselves, and track money flow. You will come away with working knowledge of spreadsheet forms to track five asset classes to reduce stress and increase confidence in choosing all investment strategies.
Please don't let the idea of working with spreadsheets scare you. If you can make a grocery list, you can use a spreadsheet! Previous knowledge of Excel is not necessary, in fact, the instructor, Jackie, will demonstrate how to use the free, embedded Apple program called Numbers on your iPhone for the simple addition and subtraction of assets. She will even demonstrate how it can be done manually, by hand. If you don't have access to a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Numbers, Jackie will have printed graph sheets that you can use.
So, whether you have computer experience or not, join Jackie for this lively, fun, and informative course as you work toward your own Wholistic Wealth.
No class on March 11 (Spring Break)
