This for That (healthy cooking)

This for That will help cooks substitute plant-based ingredients into their favorite dishes including meals, snacks, desserts, and special occasions. We can work with your old recipes that need “this for thating” so you can trade dairy, meat, fat and eggs for healthful and delicious alternatives. Students will receive recipes, tips and techniques that will guarantee tasty versions. Although not a cooking class, on occasion, samples will be served.
This is a 6-week course.
Yvonne Lynott
Yvonne Lynott has practiced a plant-based lifestyle for 15 years. She is an inveterate recipe collector and avid cook. She has a B.A. from the University of Washington.
