Supercharge your health and lose weight with simple superfoods! Vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds can strengthen your immune system and decrease risk of disease. In these cooking classes, April Ashcroft will demonstrate delicious ways to incorporate these foods into your diet deliciously and explain the healing power in them and why they are so critical to your overall health and well-being. Knowledge is power!

Class includes a cooking demonstration, samples, recipes and other nutrition hand-outs, and a wealth of nutrition information that can add health to your life!

Note: This is one of four separate classes, and each will have a different menu. You must register for each class individually.

April Ashcroft

April has been preparing plant-based meals for her and her family since 1991 and has been teaching cooking classes since 2004. She is a bit of a nutrition nut and loves to learn the science about the benefits of plant-based nutrition in decreasing risk of disease and even reversing disease. Most of all, she loves to share that knowledge with others and help them transform their lives to greater health with delicious food. She is the author of two cookbooks, Whole Food Goodness and Whole Food American Favorites.
