Personalized Exercise Program: Legacy Group 1
When: 8:00 am – 9:00 am - Mondays & Wednesdays (plus you can sign up for an additional group exercise class of your choice)
Where: Legacy Village: 1379 Sky Rocket Road (corner of Sky Rocket Road & Dixie Drive)

Cost: You will pay $50 in advance for the month (plus $35 one-time fee for initial, individual assessment). Make all payments directly to the trainer, Carol Baird
Note: A minimum of 4 registrants are required. Classes will be limited to 8 people.
What do you get?
- A personal assessment and exercise plan provided by a certified trainer
- Two workout times per week
- Exclusive times for ICL members only
- Limited to no more than 8 people in each exercise group
- Certified trainer available to assist you with your exercise plan
- No obnoxious music, TV or other distractions
- Options to take an additional class, such as Chair Yoga, Balance and Stretch, etc.
- Only $50 per month, plus a fee for your personalized assessment by a physical therapist or certified trainer
About the cost:
- $35 personalized assessment fee with a certified trainer
- $50 per month, paid in advance to the trainer upon assignment to a course
- Automatic renewal for each month unless you decide to cancel. (No refunds for the month for partial months)
What does the facility offer?
Legacy Village has two private workout facilities. They are small but offer all the equipment you will need for your workout: treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines, resistance bands and more. You will also have the opportunity to attend an additional group class, such as chair yoga or water aerobics. You will receive a personalized assessment from the highly regarded certified trainer, CAROL BAIRD, CPT

About Carol Baird, Personal Trainer:
Carol has been in the health and fitness industry for over 40 years.
She is certified with the National Institute on Aging and Fall Prevention, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and more.
She was the Director of Personal Training at Eagle Gate College and has been the Director of Group Fitness at many gyms while teaching a variety of exercise classes from Balance and Strength to Keeping Your Mind, Body and Spirit in shape at any age.
Carol’s passion and focus, however, has been with the Senior population, teaching and educating them in Exercise and Balance,
Preventing Falls and all aspects of how to age in the healthiest way possible. Her classes make exercising fun with lots of energy, enthusiasm and the goal of educating seniors on how to maintain their quality of life as they age.
