A day workshop creating vivid and charming pet portraits. Depict your current companion, or the pet of your dreams. The instructor will guide you through the process to create a finished product and she will provide small cradled boards to paint on.

Please bring a $5 material fee, payable to the instructor.

  • Please bring your favorite medium of choice - acrylics, watercolor, or gouache.
  • We'll have small cradled boards available to paint on. If you would like to bring your own watercolor or coldpress paper as well, feel free!
Hirsch, Sarah

Sarah Hirsch is an artist-writer-teacher, grown on the island part of Rhode Island, living and painting and teaching in Somerville MA. She holds a BA from Colby College and has worked extensively in France and Morocco.
