This workshop is designed to help participants rediscover their center and find balance during times of stress, transition, or overwhelm. By combining mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and meditative practices, this experience supports grounding, emotional regulation, and inner clarity.
Workshop Breakdown:
1. Opening Meditation and Breathwork
• Begin with a guided grounding meditation to connect participants with the present moment.
• Introduce breath techniques (e.g., diaphragmatic breathing) to calm the nervous system.
2. Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow
• A grounding sequence focusing on stability and connection to the earth.
• Incorporates poses like Mountain, Warrior I, and Tree to cultivate balance and strength.
3. Closing Meditation
• Restorative poses to relax and integrate the day’s practice.
• End with a guided visualization to leave participants feeling calm, clear, and centered.
Audience: This workshop is suitable for all levels, making it accessible to anyone looking to reset and find balance, especially during the post-holiday season when many feel scattered or ungrounded

Jada Smith
Jada graduated from Rutgers University and holds a BA in Psychology, blending her Latinx heritage with a passion for nurturing mental and spiritual well-being. She is a Certified Mental Health Specialist, Mindfulness Master, and holds certifications as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Level 1 & 2 practitioner. Rooted in a deep respect for holistic healing, Jada founded Healing with Jada, a wellness sanctuary that brings together mind, body, and spirit.
Jada's approach is as intuitive as it is informed, using mindfulness practices, trauma-sensitive yoga, and energy work to create transformative spaces for self-discovery and healing. Whether guiding a gentle flow or facilitating a sound bath, her classes weave intention with breath, fostering connection and a sense of calm. With a keen understanding of the mind-body connection, Jada supports clients in navigating anxiety, embracing stillness, and rediscovering balance.
