Thurs Draw/Paint II 11yrs- Teens
Class - Art | Available
Students will explore traditional drawing techniques as they learn the basic elements of drawing: line, tone, form and space. Working from direct observation is emphasized. Various still life objects will be used to give students a full range of subject matter to explore. Repetition and practice will help students to improve their drawing skills. An introduction to color with the use of pastels is explored toward the end of the class term.
• Class is taught in an Academy format with individual attention. Students are recommended to take this class for a year as drawing is essential to many other disciplines in art.
