Session I Sing, Dance, Act

Sing, Dance, Act | This program is completed

Lights! Camera! Action! Do you like to sing, dance, and act? If so, you have come to the right place. Come join Miss Luthke, the Miller School music teacher, for a sensational summer of performing! Students will learn solid vocal, dance, movement staging and acting techniques and combine these skills into a final performance. Studies show that an active role in the performing arts builds confidence, perseverance, and personal achievement. Learning music, dance and drama has wide-reaching benefits for children, providing them with the tools to think creatively, innovate and appreciate diverse cultures and backgrounds. Students will perform the last day of the session.

  • All students will be in attendance the last day of class for rehearsal and run of the show.  Class is scheduled for 9:30am-12:30pm.  There will be a 1pm performance the last day of class.  Students are asked to bring lunch.
  • Students will provide all costumes, props and shoes as appropriate for their classes and final performance.
