Classes - A transfer or withdrawal request for a refund, transfer or account credit must be requested 7 days prior to the first day of the session by contacting the main office. Please contact us by telephone at 407-671-1886 or e-mail at lmcbryde@crealde.org during normal business hours. Any requests made 7 days or less before the first day of the session are not eligible for credit or a refund.

Class credits expire after one year. 

These policies apply regardless of attendance status. 

Workshops - All workshops registration deadlines are at least one week prior to the workshop date*. *Registration deadlines for visiting artists workshops will vary. Please see workshops description for registration deadlines. If withdraw is made prior to registration deadline, student is eligible for a full refund. No refunds or credits will be made after the workshop registration deadline. 

ArtCamp is non-refundable upon registration. No refunds or credits will be processed after registration.
