Join Lori Pearson for an engaging, hands-on clay experience that is both fun and creative. Discover wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques while refining your skills, personal style, and artistic expression. Experiment with form, texture, function, and glazing as you turn your ideas into reality. Lori fosters a supportive and lively atmosphere, with weekly demonstrations and guidance to help students of all levels grow, create, and explore the endless possibilities of clay.
Tuition is all-inclusive and covers the cost of class instruction, use of all studio equipment, glazes, and the firing of your in-class creations. Clay purchases and tools are not included.

The Center is proud to offer a wheelchair-accessible pottery wheel in our ceramics studio and is always happy to support your creative experience. For more information, please call 908-234-2345.
To help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, we ask students to review and follow The Center's Policies and Procedures available on our website. Students who cannot comply with these guidelines may be asked to leave class, and refunds will not be issued in these case
- Students are welcome to bring their own tools or purchase a beginner set from The Center. Clay must be purchased from The Center.
Lori Pearson
BA in Psychology and Fine Arts, University of Denver. Owner and Director of E. Walden Studios, Professional potter and teacher with experience in stoneware, Raku, and porcelain clays. Trained in raku, pit, saggar, alternative, salt, wood and electric oxidation firings.
Member of the New Jersey Center for Visual Arts, NCECA, Redhawk Native Arts Council, Japan Society of Boston, and The Center for Contemporary Art. Artworks in private, individual and corporate collections
