Acrylic paint can create a broad range of art with its unique properties. Students will learn how to mix colors on the palette and how to create a composition using values and shapes. By experimenting with a variety of additives such as matte and gloss medium that acrylic painting has to offer, you can develop a style unique to you! Students can work from a still life arrangement set up by the instructor,
explore different textures in abstract painting, or bring in a
photograph to work from.
