In-Person: NYCHA Tenancy & Rent Rules Amid Federal Uncertainty: An Info Session for Advocates

In-Person Event | Available

The federal government has signaled potential changes to public housing tenancy rules. While much of what is to come remains speculative until any updates are published in the Federal Register, NYCHA’s rules related to continued occupancy and rent contributions have not changed.

We invite you to join us to review NYCHA’s current rules on:

  • Household Composition
  • Rent Determination
  • Rent Grievances

We also want to hear from you about what you’re seeing and hearing in your communities in response to these rumored changes.

Target audience: Community based organizations who work with NYCHA residents.

This is a free event, but you must register. Light refreshments will be available!

Location: 633 Third Avenue, 10th floor, New York, NY 10017

This is an in-person event and not available virtually or recorded.
