Discover the different types of home care the Medicaid program offers, who is eligible for personal care services, how to access services through managed care plans, including basic principles to keep in mind to ensure clients receive the services they need. The session will include how to grievances and complaints, and the new appeal procedures under managed care.

Target Audience: Health and social service professionals who want to learn how to navigate the home care system on behalf of their Medicaid clients.
