Learn about the different type of health programs and resources for the low-income, disabled, aged and immigrants. Included is an overview of the following health benefits: the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid for MAGI and Non-MAGI populations, Medicare, the Medicare Savings Program, the Essential Plan, and Child Health Plus. Find out who qualifies, how to apply and how the benefits coordinate with one another. Also included is a review of health care terms & definitions, and a brief overview of H+H Options, the new NYC Care Plan, Community Health Center, and more.
