A Dare to Create Program
From Stuck to Studio" is designed for adults who want to rebuild a consistent art practice. It combines the science and psychology of creative habit-building with simple, accessible painting techniques. Each session addresses common obstacles such as procrastination, self-doubt, and time constraints.
Grounded in habit science and neuroscience, the course builds weekly to help participants establish a lasting studio practice. Students will leave every session with something made, something understood, and a small action item. By the end of the program, participants will have completed a finished piece, developed a written creative ritual, and gained the confidence to continue creating.

Please bring to class:
A mixed media journal (medium to heavy weight paper is better)
Pen,
Pencil,
Apron to protect from paint.
If you already have some art supplies at home, you could bring:
Favorite magic markers,
Acrylic paint (small craft size containers) in red, yellow, blue, black and white,
Scissors.
We will discuss other supplies during our first class.
