Figure Studio with George McMonigle (All Mediums and All Levels Welcome)
Explore the human form through your choice of medium—drawing, sculpture, or mixed media—in this flexible, open-format figure class. With a live model each session, students can focus on gesture, proportion, and anatomy while developing their own personal projects.
Professional artist George McMonigle, former Director of Sculpture at the Franklin Mint, provides individualized guidance to help you strengthen your observational skills, refine your technique, and confidently advance your work.
Beginners and experienced artists alike will find a supportive space to grow, experiment, and create.

- This class shares the studio with the drop in figure drawing students.
- Ages 18+
Suggested Materials List (Depends on what medium your using):

- Sketch pad and drawing supplies.
- Wood modeling board and armature wire
- Clay and wire modeling tools
- Water based clay or clay of your choosing
(Standard 240 clay is available at CCAA)
Instructor will have most materials available for purchase at the first class.
