Feeling depleted from giving so much of yourself? Rest and Renewal: Creativity for Caregivers offers you a compassionate space to pause, breathe, and rediscover your own center.
Through gentle, guided creative activities, reflective journaling, and shared moments of connection, you’ll replenish your spirit and learn practical self-care rituals you can carry into everyday life.
No artistic experience needed — only your lived wisdom and a willingness to receive as much as you give.

What is the mission?
To honor caregivers by giving them a dedicated space to rest, renew, and reconnect with their creative spirit--so they can continue caring from a place of fullness, not depletion.
Rest & Renewal: Creativity for Caregivers: Session 1
Tuesdays,1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
September 16th - October 14th
(5 Classes, 10 hours total)
A mixed media journal, pen, pencil, is highly recommended.
Apron to protect from paint.
If you already have some art supplies at home, you could bring:
favorite magic markers,
red, yellow, blue, black and white acrylic paint,
scissors.
