No Art experience needed. 

Discover a fun, safe space where creativity and mindfulness converge.

Not therapy, but definitely therapeutic, Dare to Create in the Afternoon will help you navigate life's challenges with hands-on, down to earth skills that may change your life.

In ongoing 2-hour classes, we'll explore the magic that happens at the intersection of intuitive creativity, self-awareness, playfulness and daily life. Regardless of your background, this inspiring, gently guided creative adventure will help ignite your inner spark and rekindle the creative fire in all aspects of your life.

Research shows that expressing your creative voice is a powerful stress management agent, medicinal for improved health and wellbeing.

  • Please bring :
    A mixed media journal (good for using both wet and dry art supplies on)
    pen and pencil
    Scissors

    Optional additional supplies you may want to bring...
    Small acrylic paint packs in primary colors and white and black
    If you already have some art supplies at home, you could bring: favorite "magic" markers, oil pastels, small basic watercolor set or anything that sparks your interest!
