Join Teaching Artist Jane Palestini in this creative fiber arts workshop this Winter Semester! Students will learn how to make a beautiful wall hanging or small picture using merino wool roving as your "paint" and embellishing it with silk fabric, silk and viscose fiber. A wet felting technique is used to enmesh the fiber, and needle felting and/or embroidery can be done to refine details.
