Tai Chi is a rhythmic, slow, mindful movement that benefits physical, emotional and brain health. There is a variety of Tai Chi styles, and in this class we will be learning the Simplified 24 Forms in the Yang style. Tai Chi comes to us from the ancient Asian traditions of healing and martial arts. It is 2000 years old and practiced by 300 million people globally. Tai Chi is a path to balance, strength, energy and self-care.
