This is a figure modeling class working from a live model for all levels from beginner to advanced.

As the former Director of Sculpture at the Franklin Mint, George has worked with artists all over the world. This is an instructed class aimed at taking the fear out of modeling for the beginner and developing the skills of experienced sculptors. We will be working on a 10” to 12” figure with water based clay, but students are welcomed to use oil based clay or wax if they choose.

This class will runs in conjunction with the open sculpture class.
