Quirky Pique Assiette Mosaic
Class | This program is completed
: Drawing inspiration from outsider artists and art environments such as the Philadelphia Magic Gardens, you will learn the basic techniques and materials for creating pique assiette (broken plate) mosaics. These techniques can be used indoors or out, for works of art, installations, and furniture embellishment. We will create one piece of wall art with mirror pieces and plates and the teacher will help you plan for and complete a second project of your choice (planter, address plate, decorative mirror, additional wall art). Bring your sense of fun and adventure!
