Come paint the great outdoors with this award-winning landscape painter. We will focus on the different compositional problems to solve and also look at both historical and contemporary masters of this genre.
Although I will show examples of my work, my goal is to improve your own personal approach to this awesome subject. Give it a try!!
Oil, Acrylic, Water Soluble Oils, all welcome Gouache too!

 

We will meet at CCAA the first class to get started and then discuss other options. If inclement weather, I will have indoor activities/exercises

    Titanium White or Permalba (oil)
    Brushes:
    I like filberts- describes the shape  If using oil paint use bristle brushes  Water soluble can use synthetic  3-4 different sizes
    Paper Palette
    Canvases/canvas boards
    Paint thinner and  2 jars (oil)
    Water and jar (other)
    Rags!!
    Easel, chair or some kind of support
    Hat and water
