This figure drawing class offers the opportunity to gain a more indepth understanding of foreshortening of the human figure. Through use of specific measuring techniques and anatomical rythmes we will learn to solve the unique problems presented by the foreshortened figure. Exercises will be done primarly from the live model in poses ranging from 20 mins to 3hrs, with occasional studies done from handouts. Instructor demonstration and critiques will be standard.

  • NOTE: Watts Atelier carries the supplies you will need for class! Students may purchase supplies before class by completing a purchase form and giving it to their instructor.
