An introductory workshop for all ages and abilities who are interested in learning more about the accordion through demonstration, discussion and a chance to play; instruments provided. The workshop is led by Emilian Badea, a graduate of the Romanian Music Academy who then went on to receive both his Masters in Music and Doctorate of Music Arts as a Dean's scholar from Boston University.
Instructor -- Emilian Badea
Emilian Badea has performed most of the symphonic repertoire with the Romanian Radio Symphony Orchestra and as a freelance musician in the Boston area, he has performed with The Boston Ballet, The Boston Lyric Opera, Boston Classical Players, The Boston Academy of Music, The New Hampshire Symphony, The Rhode Island Philharmonic, The Brockton Symphony, and many other New England ensembles.
Emilian Badea is graduate of the Romanian Music Academy who then went on to receive both his Masters in Music and Doctorate of Music Arts as a Dean's scholar from Boston University.
